Morrissey, Director will act as Data Controller.
New Supplier/Sub-Contractor/Employee information is always supplied by the individual to the Company in writing on specific
internal company forms, giving consent thereby to hold details for payment purposes. Original details can only be received by
Wexford Low Energy Homes from the individual and never from/via a third Party for an individual.
Should the working relationship ceases details uploaded are erased.
WHO WE ARE:
Wexford Low Energy Homes is a trading name of Adamar Developments Ltd., a Construction Company.
REASON WE REQUIRE YOUR DETAILS:
The reason the details are requested are to facilitate for payments due and owing by Wexford Low Energy Homes to the individual.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DETAILS:
The details will be held until a period of 13 months past the working relationship cease date, or sooner if requested by the individual.
HOW YOU CAN FIND OUT WHAT DETAILS WE HOLD FOR YOU:
The individual is entitled to access all their personal DATA held by the Company by making the stated reasonable time request to do so to Wexford Low
Energy Homes to ensure that all Departments are present for them to present same, (i.e., Holiday periods being allowed for).
In the unlikely event of a breach of DATA, the individual shall be informed by Wexford Low Energy Homes, of both the breach and the steps taken to correct same and prevent a further occurrence.
- All your details shall be erased should the working relationship cease.
- There shall be no use of DATA for profiling by Wexford Low Energy Homes.
- There shall be no use of DATA for marketing by Wexford Low Energy Homes.
- No DATA will be transferred out of Ireland or the EU.
THE REASON YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS REQUIRED:-
- EMPLOYEES,
To facilitate payments of salaries/pensions.
- SUPPLIERS,
To facilitate payment of invoices for goods/services supplied.
- SUB-CONTRACTORS,
To facilitate payment of invoices for service supplied.
- PURCHASERS,
Data must be held to facilitate tracking of progress of payments and/or/maybe to apply for any Grant Claim that a Purchaser has instigated.
